So I noticed while playing botw on my switch. That the main area where I get fps drop is in Korok Forest. It has to be going down at least by 10fps. Is this just for me, or is it the same for other people too? I mean I can deal with it in that area, but still, it gets annoying sometimes.

no that's when docked pretty sure (for only botw)
I read an article saying that it runs in 1080p docked and an upscaled 720p (900p) undocked. I dunno though.

I'm one of the very few to not have this issue. Everyone seems to be voting yes
I've not experienced it on the Wii U version. Actually, the only time I experienced the slightest bit of frame drop was when I was traversing the Akala tower, and I assume that was a result of all the Calamity goo and particle effects all over the place.

These fps drops seem to be common but I do not have them either and I know the wifi can effect it on switch but my wifi has been connected since i got it out of the box. It's a Zelda bug or firmware issue.

I'd be willing to bet you do. It's too common of a problem to be a bug. It's just th awful porting at work.

There are people that believe Dark Souls 3 on the One doesn't experience frame drops.. So...

I may have fps drops but they are not noticeable at all. I don't care for dark souls so not sure what you are talking about with that.

I'm saying that some people are adamantly sure they don't experience frame drops and all of this other fun stuff.

Not you, either. Just a note.

Right above you ;p

Dark souls is a prime example as it fits in here. I don't believe that not everyone is experiencing the frame drops in a such a heavily rendered area.
