Found that Half SBS won't convert properly using this tool. Just get AVI files that have video on one side of the frame, and blank on the other side of the frame. Need to get this sorted.
Is it a bug, or am I using the wrong options?

I tried it and it worked fine for a 24 min episode but I tried it for the next one and for some reason they are not even showing up
