Address: 4010A340 - 4010A47f is the data for first horse in your stables.
The Address might be off by 1 converting the value is a bit tricky.

Edit: Be careful I lost my 2 horses lol.

you have to put in the L before the sword. and also lowercase the sword.

I'm not sure how would we go for trousers and body armour, but that's something at least.

Is the trainer removing anybody elses Key Items? I started up the game and immediately started editing items, so I didn't need to refresh.

For those of you having problems with item changes and effect, Just drop the modded item and pick it back up, then save and reload. This seems to fix it for me.
