Hello and thanks in advance for any help. I had a new3ds european and i live in south america. version 11.
3.0-36e lastest update.

I had the Hbl bc soundhax works for my version but i want to now if i can do and spoof o downgrade with the soundhax or other tool bc i want to get arml9 to install cias and all of that.

You can't install anything regarding A9LH other than loading homebrew from the sd card

You can run homebrew apps in ARM11 userland, nothing more. Playing on emunlators, save managers, other things

as said above, we need an arm11 khexploit and an arm9 khexploit to get anything done on 11.3
