I believe I have installed lumaCFW correctly and the health and safety icon is now the big FBI block but when I try to install CIAs, I get this error. Can someone help?

Failed to Install CIA file
Result Code: 0xD900458A
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Wrong argument (8)
Module: FS (17)
Desc: <unknown> (394)

check if the cia is good.

All the CIAs I am trying to install are legit but none of them will work.
The 5 are:
freeShop-latest
MLPJ (EUR)
Mario & Luigi Paper Jam (Yes, 2 versions)
hblauncher-loader
BootNTR

It definitely is as the health and safety icon is now the big FBI block.
try the other method i posted ..you can access FBI from HBL and then install the cias you want (including FBI).

Also, what are you trying to instal? How big is your sd card? do you have enough space left on card?

I have a 16gb sd card in an adapter but even when i try to install it through HBL It says cert signature or hash check failed. Also I use fbi+fasthax because normal fbi doesnt even work on hbl for me.

1. Backup up your sd card
2. make sure its not fake
3. format in 32 cluster size
4. restore backup.
5. see if it worked

Might sound bad, but your Nintendo 3DS folder is corrupted, to fix it:
1, delete the folder Nintendo 3DS on your root
2, put it in the 3ds and turn on your 3ds
Now it should work, i did it this way and it worked! all your games will be gone however.

Thanks, this worked for me
