here i am again. and still stuck after all day on working on it.

I did all the steps and after the steps
Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax

1. Reinsert your SD card into your 3DS
2. You should be on 2.1.0
3. Go to http://2xrsa.3ds.guide on your 3DS

i reiceive a message arm11.bin loading, nothing move anymore.

I guess i do something wrong? help again please.

I'm assuming you double checked and set up the files in your SD per how the guide instructed. if you have any doubt double check your sd files. moving forward if you haven't been able to intall the payload because it freezes when you go to the arm11.bin site. have you tried deleting the arm11.bin in your sd and then clearing the cache and tried again.

yes i did double checked and install every files again following the 3ds guide. i get stuck on it now. If there is as solution please let me know.

im on 11.03.0.36E right now it it because of this but i still hav access to fbi files.

may'be i need to start from the 3ds guide somewhere again.

i really don't know anymore what to to.

you might get stuck after arm11.bin downloads/or a glitched screen according to the guide this is normal. press select and install wait for a few minutes and press any buttons if it shut downs then it means it installed.

after that, check your a9hl folder and look for an otp file. try turning on your 3ds by holding select to see if luma has been installed already.

wait....sorry I'm confused? Didn't you said you were in the finalizing section VII, why did you back up to section II?

still on 11.3.0-36E and same problem not possible to continue on the browser just message load arm11.bin after clean cookies/cache.

Luma configuration i did select with cross on autoboot nand, use sysnand firm if booting with r and show nand or user string in system settings like 3ds guide show me.

Because i was need to install this. is in section II
Go back to the "Installing A9LH" guide and finish the damn thing. You need to inject FBI to the system, configure Luma etc. from i saw before at the forum.

it seems you already have luma so it means you already have the a9hl you don't have to redo the guide from the beginning.

do you have FBI installed in the home menu?
if you don't follow Section V --injecting FBI
if you do follow Section VI - Finalizing setup

Right, as I said, do the 9.2 ctrtransfer if you're still on 2.1, and go follow Section V - Injecting FBI.

If it hangs on the arm11 screen, just push Select a few times, wait about 10 seconds, and then power off. If you get an error about "Can't find CTRNAND" then you did it right, and can restore your NANDmin.bin from Hourglass9.

ok i am here now back from work

I followed the section Vi till to:

1. Press (A) while holding (Start) to reboot into Hourglass9

And nothing happend - come back to the homebrew laucher.

After few times still come back to the homebrew launcher 1.1.1

Now i need to do what please?

You successfully installed arm9loaderhax on your 3DS, you don't need to install anything else for now.
You should take the time to read about 3DS hacking here or on Reddit before you go any further, because even if Plailect's 3ds.guide is incredibly useful, it is not intended to explain how things work. You need to understand more about your device now you're not in a critical situation anymore.

If you mean commercial games dumps, you won't find any help here because piracy topics may lead to legal issues.
However, you will find help about dumping your game carts as .cia files you can later inject as channels with FBI (you already installed FBI with the guide and you should have already injected cias for lumaupdater and homebrew channel).

Get freeShop, and scan the QR code you can find on that 3DS titlekeys site from within freeShop in the updates tab of its Settings.
