Hacking Hourglass9 nandmin.bin.

Hello,

I would love some help because I'm stuck on the part with hourglass9 v.1.40.

I am on the site https://3ds.guide/fr_FR/installing-arm9loaderhax section IV.

After I do the combination for the nandmin.bin he give me the message "no usable file found"

SysNand restore (keep a91h failed).

I was forget I think In a previous step to save something about the Nand.

Is it because of this and what is possible to solve this? Please if possible simple explanation, I'm a beginner.

Is the nand and .sha in files9?

Does files are into it :

I don't see any. SHA file.

That NAND backup file is 0KB, which means it's completely unusable. Delete NANDmin.bin, and do the 9.2 ctrtransfer method over at https://3ds.guide/9.2.0-ctrtransfer, then do a system update, and continue following Section V - Injecting FBI.

The NAND restore didn't start because it couldn't find a valid file, so you're still on 2.1.0. Just power off and follow the 9.2 ctrtransfer.

i did do the poweroff but the 3ds dont open without sd card anymore.
when i delete the config.bin in the file Luma from the sd card then the 3ds open into the luma 3ds v.6.6 configuration.

can i start from there the 9.2 ctrtransfer from the guide?

In order to boot to 2.1.0 with your SD Card, go to https://3ds.guide/troubleshooting, and follow the steps in the section called Black Screen on SysNAND Boot.

This means you successfully installed A9LH. And you must perform a 9.2 ctrtransfer.

Just to add, if you're following the ctrtransfer guide, you hold (X) during boot to launch what you need to do the transfer. You have A9LH installed, you just need to get to a higher system version.

Yeah just follow the ctrtransfer steps after that.

Do 9.2 ctrtransfer because you don't have functional backups.

You just need arm9loaderhax.bin from Luma on the root of your SD card, Hourglass9 in your payloads folder and the 9.2 CTR transfer files in the files9 folder. Follow the 9.2 CTR transfer guide.

Open it with what ever u have set the name for


Did you rename it x_Decrypt9WIP.bin?
If so hold x button when boot 3ds

And u are only holding just x and hold until screen shows?
Try renaming it to y_Decrypt9WIP.bin
And press and hold y button and see if works

i was power off the 3ds after it a hold x and then power on again.

IS it the right way to do or i need first to press start to save the luma?
