Again, the steps are already discussed here and are easy to find through the search option, so far RetroArch is a proof of concept, you are doing this at you own risk, don't ask for help since the answer is widely available. Please wait till this gets implemented (won't take longer then a week I am sure) so we can keep the forum neat and tidy.

what is the c6 error im getting when i try to open retroarch and how can i fix it
Has to do with an init file that has to be copied over, pls
You need to edit with Notepad++ the /hakchi2/mods/mod_transfer/init and erase all, and remplace with https://github.com/ClusterM/hakchi2/blob/master/mods/mod_transfer/hakchi/init (copy & paste in your blank init file with Notepad++)

Rgs.
Thanks for answering and helping everyone here man, maybe we need a new FAQ regarding RA.... Or tell people just to wait.

ok im lost im new to all of this will it be better fo me to wait and see if someone fixes the problem
I'm one with this problem and @pcm720 tells me the explanation(and solved it of course). Believe in me. Do this steps. Because when you try any game gives C6 error, true?

@jelmer Best to wait, hakchi 2.12 is close, i think.

Cluster will you also have an alternative DISPLAY setting for older real 4:3 CRT's ? As opposed to running the NESCE on an LCD ? Again this is what I'm experiencing on my CRT that doesn't have HDMI inputs, using a Hdmi to RCA adapter the screen is letter boxing / pillar boxing within the 4:3 CRT. The original NES FILLS the FULL SCREEN where as the NES Classic doesn't seem to DISPLAY the proper aspect ratio on a traditional TV. Can a scaller / be implemented to output / FILL the screen on a traditional CRT 4:3 ?

Using KachiKachi and the built in front end that won't work because there is no 16:9 option. Even though your screen is 4:3 the scaler isn't cropping the black bars, to get the desired effect your best bet would be to wait until Retroarch is easier to install and configure and set it to 16:9, then it should appear on your screen without black bars and squashed back to 4:3.

Edit: Doesn't your TV have scaling options though?

I admire your curiosity, I am the same but got it running. For now there is not much you can do with it because of a limit with rom files. Believe me it all runs great with GB, Mega Drive and SNES games. Just wait a bit till this gets automated, won't take long I can assure you.
