It's probably not as high a priority for them as freeShop, but I heard people get banned for Pokémon hacking. You can use this for that with PKHex. Not sure what the requirement for the font is besides size. https://cooltext.com/Fonts-Unicode-Japanese https://www.jref.com/resources/categories/japanese-fonts.1/
Its only peoples global link accounts being banned, not the 3ds' themselves. All you have to do is delete your gl info, and make a new one to bypass the ban. Dont even have to start a new game. The bans are a joke. People are only being banned for obvious hacks too. IE: 999 master balls obtained in 1 day or changing your trainer ID. Basically don't change any obvious profile info and youre fine.

I only really use it for money and wonder cards.

You should be fine then. Its only when gl notices an impossible change that you get banned. Like if your character is a boy when you sync your game data, then next sync, youre a girl. Obviously you hacked. Just stay away from obvious changes like that, or make them before setting up the gl data.

I am super confused on how to use this. I exported the data went to the sd card and the saves are in the jsm folder but when i look at the saves in system setting they are not there. I am exporting the saves from the cartridges im on 11.2 using hbl

I'm super confused by what you mean. You backup and restore saves with JKSM. It backs up saves into the JKSV directory on the root of the (micro)SD card. You can have it auto name the save directory as time&date or type something in yourself. If you want saves to show up in system settings, use the home menu backup save option or the delete game, but save game save in the data management in system settings. I don't think every game supports home menu option.

Ok so if it is saved in jksm when I start up the digital version of the game will it load up the save? And i tried 5 different games and they dont show up under system setting were you can make back ups

You either use system settings or JKSM. It's like saying you deposited you money at Bank of America, but Well Fargo doesn't have your money.

Restore your save using JKSM. You have to start the game at least once and let it initialize the save before you can restore. Some games it takes seconds and others it takes minutes until the game gets to that point.

Ok so I use the import option after I start the game once. To use my save files on the digital copy instead of the physical copy? Because I am seeling all the physical copies.

Did you refresh the game after you install them? I think it's called "refresh games" or something. Also use the latest version. Luma3DS 6.6 and JKSM 2017-02-10 version.

Excuse my ignorance, but what the fk is that link? It only has commits and there is no download unless you're trying to tell us to build it ourselves.

It's like someone asking "I want to hack my 3DS" and you come out to help and type "www.gbatemp.com" like, thanks Sherlock.

No need to write like a moron you are, just say: "I don't understand english and can't navigate to the link you gave me"
Can't you see the release tab? it has 2 releases,go grab the latest one.

You want the jksm.cia, but to get it you need to click on "clone or download" button and then click on "download zip". Extract the contents and install the .cia.

I think you don't need to clone it. There's faster and easier way.

* Go to https://github.com/J-D-K/JKSM
* You can see from the list of files, there is JKSM.cia. Just download that file

The page shows that file was last updated 20 hours ago, the same time as the latest commit, so you can be sure that JKSM.cia is the latest one.

lol. You don't know what we're talking about here yet you tell me to go to the 'releases' tab. The 'release' tab has outdated versions and it has been discussed in the last pages.

Hadn't seen that .cia there. xD I tried to clone the repo and build it myself but I've ran into problems with the required libs.

yeah no need to clone. But from my phone I'm not able to just download the cia. And to get it I needed to download the zip and extract it.
