You will be on whatever your system was on when you made the nandmin.bin backup. However in your case you might want to use the sysupdater cia to downgrade to 11.2 after making a backup. Then you shouldn't lose anything.

EDIT - Be sure to make a backup before downgrading, there is always a risk of a brick when downgrading and if you don't have a current backup then that could be a problem. Especially if it turns out the Luma anti-dg fix isn't enough on 11.3.

So back up my 11.3 and then put my 11.2 on my SD card

To those worried about FBI injected in H&S app, I have A9LH since the very beggining and I've never restored the original H&S app (I have a very ancient FBI app, the one that is only text 1.4.3 IIRC) and never had problems with updates (N3DS BTW).

If you bought it brand new in the box there is no way it came on 11.3, no way. If you bought it used, there is a slim chance if someone sold one within the last 24 hours.

Also considering you're on an O3DS, Smealum said HomeBrew payloads would be in "limbo" for a while since it was easier to fix on N3DS albeit, still more complicated than it was before. Don't count your chickens, yet.

I'm pretty new at this and I'm not all that sure what to do. From my understanding my reboot patch is old but how do I update if I can't access reinand?
