Ok so now the problem is that the hs.app I have is the one I just made (Health&Safety=FBI) so I don't have any hs.app available to restore the original Health&Safety app. What can I do? Can I download the original hs.app file somewhere (for a New 3DS Europe)?

It worked, thanks. Now to test a bit the system after all these changes and if everything is fine I'll make a new SysNAND backup. I also updated Luma and FBI that were a bit old.

I hope you got it working, once you have access to FBI, just copy your a9lh from the SD to the root of CTR NAND. c:

If you want to install A9LH, just make sure you follow 3ds.guide and don't update to 11.3. And if you already have updated, you'll have to wait until a solution is available (whenever it's an update to fasthax, or to use a completely new exploit, such as signature patching).

Hourglass9 can be updated by ejecting the SD card and putting the latest version of Hourglass9.bin in the payloads folder.

Oh yeah, also Homebrew Launcher app no longer works on 11.3, you'll need to use soundhax to access the Homebrew Launcher. Soundhax is, surprisingly, not patched by Nintendo's updates... yet.

Hourglass9 doesn't need updating but if you wish you can get the latest one from here https://github.com/d0k3/Hourglass9/releases/latest

For the homebrew launcher you need to wait for the payload to be updated for 11.3.

For H&S don't worry about it, you don't need it. If you really want, you can delete the injected FBI from within the cia version of FBI, then do a system update and it will come back (doesn't matter if you're already on the latest version, it will restore any missing system apps).
