There is no solution for this error when it comes to NNID features. You can follow part of the below guide to inject a blank NNID file, restoring eShop functionality (for the most part). Other NNID functions such as MiiVerse cannot be fixed. The 002-0102 error (online play) can be fixed following one of the methods in the below guide.

Since Pokémon Bank requires your NNID, there is no fix for it whatsoever. I recommend you use PKHeX instead. It's free and includes a lot more features and control.

If you do a motherboard swap, you still won't have access to your old NNID.

This seems like a lot of trouble to go through for Pokémon Bank. PKHeX can do everything Pokémon Bank can do plus more.
