I Was Going To Think About Editing The Pokemon Moveset So Like For An Example A Pikachu Can Use Something Like Genesis Supernova On Pokemon Sun And Moon But I Don't Know If It's Possible On PK3DS Do Any Of You Know If I Can Edit The Z Moves Or Not?

well it will show as long as you have the crystal for the move if not then it won't work say it's a level up move the things I said that will happen but if you have a z ring and the z crystal for that move then the animation will work

Ok I Know Now That It Does Show The Animation As Long You Have The Z Ring And Z Crystal For It At Least I Got Some Advice Now!
