Hacking how do i get home and safety back?

okay so i CFW'd installed the following:

Luma3DS updater
FBI (home and safety)
homebrew launcher (home menu)

then soon after i went to see if there was a update to FBI there was it downloaded but installed as a whole new app so i thought i would want home and safety back but i tried dumping it didn't work :/

any help would be appreciated

Leave it there, you might have use for it if you ever format your SD card or delete the Nintendo 3DS folder by accident.
If you really want H&S back, uninstall it with FBI (make sure not to uninstall the wrong thing) then perform a system update.

You could delete h&s abd system update, but really theres no reason not to keep it

Performing a system update will reinstall the original H&S app after you uninstall it.
You can get the H&S app manually with 3DNUS and install it, this is just the easiest way.

Simple.

If FBI is installed over health and safety do this.
With FBI, install FBI (Yes, it will install with the FBI tittle ID, not with the Health And Safety Tittle ID), install Safe and Safety Cia. Done.

So:
FBI -> FBI -> Health And Safety.
