Try using the official luma 6.6, usually i don't use dev of anything without concent from some comfirmation. So just try the official release instead. I dunno what kind of stuff the dev has as i never use it but could be the issue.

that's not default? I tried installing "normal version" but it's still 6.6-b16d887 (dev)

add: daily update changes it but still does the same error

You using the luma updator right? It has a picture of a star and arrow pointing up?

Load it and select the normal version, then reboot the system holding select, if you did it right, it shouldn't say "DEV" anything. :P

Also make sure you using the best settings. Mines are simple.

  • Enable New 3DS CPU = Clock+L2
  • Auto boot sysnand
  • Show NAND or user String in System settings.
That is all, everything else can be set off.

He is using the latest normal version. Remember they merged the dev and normal version together.

Yeah, but i think he should know that checking the actual luma itself should be better than relying on what the updator says, cause maybe he think is not official. Also who ever responsible for the updator should maybe just remove the dev part of the name of the official releases. But i was just thinking maybe reinstalling the File could help, maybe is partially ruined or corrupted, i dunno, never had this problem.

Yeah the file is probably corrupt.

The settings as what you mentioned, but installing normal update always gives <dev> at the end

Yeah the file is probably corrupt.
I doubt the file is corrupted....i tried the same game from multiple source, downloads from multipesites and also making the CIA's myself. No matter what games (probably tried total of 40 different CIAs in all), still all the same.

Then manually install Luna 6.6 official

This is really strange. Can you tell me your Luma settings?

Go to fbi then select SD, go to the Luma folder and delete the config file. After that exit fbi and turn off your 3ds. Turn it back on but don't check anything instead just press start and try the snes cias again.

Still i dunno why this should be a issue, Maybe try system update or something... I had no problems with injections at all. I just used it on a super metroid hack and it works fine. Although it says it only support some games, not all, either due to it being over 6MB or having some special hardware chip, it won't work.

Have you tried my injector? You have to give it a working decrypted CIA. I suggest your dump and decrypt your working SNES VC and then use the injector. It's worth a shot.

I've tried this but since I don't have a decrypted CIA, I don't think I can get it working. Tried it with I already had (both one i made and one downloaded) but didn't work

Doesn't work still...just CIA ones don't work

i have the same problem with japanese firmware. using luma language emulation feature solves it.

Why exactly would that solve the problem? If he using rom injections, is not region specific, is region free, and i never used emulation for that and it always worked for me. I even have VC games not of the region my system is from.

are you talking about (x) Enable region/language emu. and ext. . code option?

Try force update. Turn on system and hold A, L, R, and up on d-Pad, then it should force a update. CFW shouldn't be responsibe for this problem, it must be a system issue.

i'm probably doing it wrong but this does nothing, it opens up the camera app
**ADD**
it seems i just suck at holding L and UP at the same time..i got it to force update but all it said was my system was up to date, rebooted snes cia but not working (sfc cia as well)
