okay there's this site that has LEGIT CIA files that you can install without CFW

and it showed DBZ I was sweet but when I downloaded and put it on my SD and try to install it....

it didn't work... could someone help me plz

Personally I don't see the point of having OFW when CFW has a lot more benefits than just vanilla.

I don't wanna mess up my 3ds by bricking it

You'll only brick if you dont follow every step in the guide. Bricking is 99% user error.

But you had absolutely NO APPREHENSIONS believing a site offering CIAs that don't require CFW to install. I think you should rethink what it is you consider safe. I'd run a virus scan asap if I were you.

The only Region Free legit .cias are Pokémon (Gens 1, 6 & 7).

If you want people to help you, you need to actually say how it didn't work. Did you get an error? What method were you using?

If it were legit it wouldn't be Region Free. Find one that's EUR (TitleID 0004000000169600) and try that.

By the by, how is it that you're trying to install them? What firmware are you on? I was under the impression that installing a CIA wasn't possible without CFW on the most recent firmware.

Installing .cia files can be done easily with only arm11 access, even on 11.2.

Yes, in conjunction with fasthax. But you're better off just installing A9LH at that point, in my opinion.
