Well, I successfully installed arm9lh yesterday and my plan was to inject my emunand on sysnand so I'd had everything the same like if I've been always using sysnand, but, when I restored the emunand on sysnand this appeared empty, with nothing installed (even copying all content on "Nintendo 3DS" folder, and with the same ID obviously).
I don't know if this is normal or if I have an option different to install everything again (64GB microSD it takes some time).

Thanks in advance!

Did you not clone you're emunand to sysnand?

Yes, I made an emunand backup, then I restored it overriding sysnand, it shows the same home menu, same folders... even the app of h&s that I had with FBI injected, even that it's the same, but no backups or apps are installed.
I made a backup of microSD too and restored it but in system menu appears like anything is "installed" but every data is in microSD, in the same ID under "Nitendo 3DS" folder.

Go to 3DS data management and see if you games show up in there. If they are there but are greyed out with an "x" then you are only missing the tickets.

You could re-inject FBI and install the tickets again with ciangel, or use decrypt9 to dump the tickets from your emunand and then install them on your sysnand (again with FBI).

Did you already delete your emunand partition? If not, load your emunand and see if your games are there. If they are not then you missed a step somewhere.

EDIT: I just read that you still have FBI so you do not need to inject it again.

No, they don't appear at all in management... And yes, I erased the emunand partition (because I used the same microSD and I though that was enough with emunand backup).

probably this are missing tickes, or..
you booted on injected emunand BEFORE put the nintendo 3ds folder from emunand on SDCARD?
Yes.. as part of the process I booted sysnand (emunand injected) before doing that, I didn't know that it would erase all installed titles (when I had emunand, one time I had to re-inject it in emunand partition but I didn't copy the "Nintendo 3DS" folder backup so it showed up just the "links" in home menu didn't work, when I copied the "Nintendo 3DS" folder then everything worked, so I though this time would be the same, but... )

Thanks for answering, maybe installing the ticket could be enough to make 3DS recognize the installed content in "Nintendo 3DS" folder. I really don't worry about reinstalling or loosing data, I have a backup of every single save game B-)

Hi, I didn't do a thing because I've been busy but.. I had an idea that could work. If I restore the emunand (again), but this time the first boot is with the "Nintendo 3DS" folder fully restored, that could work right? It would be like if was the first time I restored emunad just doing the things right.

Hope you could help me

Look in the n3ds folder and see if there is two folders with numbers as a file name, if there is remove [back it up just in case] the smaller one and see what that does

There're three, one with the emunand ID (now is my "sysnand"), another with the (old and inexistent) sysnand ID, and the one left named "Private". You mean that should erase private or the old sysnand folder?

I'll try it this night. Thanks a lot!^_^

Edit: FIXED!!!:toot::toot:

When I was going to erase the folder you told me I check what's going on inside "emunand" ID folder... It has two folders inside (I think this scheme of folders is like installation/user or something like that). I just changed the "name" of the old folder (which contains everything I had) for the new folder that was created when I inserted microSD without restore files and everything works now! :D

Thanks everyone for helping :grog:
