Hacking not sure i should hack this console

Right now I'm really weighing my options here i have a Xbox 360 E that I would mod but it requires soldering and I have no soldering skills and my mom will never let me do it. Second, the Nintendo switch is coming out and I have always soft modded Nintendo consoles so there may be a chance at an early hack coming ou for the switch but who knows now. and my 3rd option is to get a ps3 or ps4 and soft mod one of them i most likely not do a ps3 because they have to be on a certain firmware but ps4 is still open so what should i do.

PS4 and PS3 are trash. There will almost definitely not be any "early" hacks for the Switch. I say just try to mod your 360. I don't see why you'd want to buy a console JUST for hacking it, though.

In all honesty PS3 CFW would be the best. On a Xbox 360 Jtag you can't go online with ease, but on a CFW it is much easier. Of course if you want a next-gen I highly recommend Switch.

I got mine for $130. As long as you can make a good deal with the seller you can get a good price. Throw in a sob story if you have to (I did).

Unhackable league. All exploits and vulnerabilities including the ones I have are private, sorry just the way it is.

Sorry forgot to say if you can find a PS4 on 1.76 (about $500 sometimes $300) then you can hack it.

It doesn't work like that, the firmware when you update is stored on the flash of the PS4 for example you update to 3.55 so the flash is 3.55 and if you try to downgrade to for example 1.76 it will deny downgrade because it says 3.55 in the flash which is above 1.76. The flash isn't easy to edit so don't ask about that. If you managed to install a lower firmware PS4 has a protection software that will brick the console forcing you to upgrade to the flash you are on (3.55).

PS3 can be downgraded with a flasher yes. All PHATs can be downgraded some SLIMs and Super Slims are very very tricky.

Not really, but the chance of hardware failure/overheating is higher.
