Hi,

I was changing from RxTools to a9lh and everything went smoothly until Section V - Injecting FBI of https://3ds.guide/. I injected the correct FBI file, but after launching the app, it won't install any CIA files. For example, when I try installing the FBI CIA I get result code 0xD9004589 with Summary: Wrong Argument (8).

Additional information: I restored the Rxtools backup using https://3ds.guide/move-emunand but I can't see any of the games. The folders are still there though. I am using an Old 3DS XL on Sys 11.2.0-35U.

I tried following https://3ds.guide/troubleshooting#gw_fbi because I remember using Gateway early on but I didn't see the duplicate files so I'm guessing it does not apply to me.

Any suggestions?

That worked! I installed all of the CIA files I needed. Thanks. But all of my games and apps from my EmuNand are still missing. What should I do to restore them?
I don't think you can. You must have restored the wrong NAND, the one not associated with your games. Although I'm wondering if there isn't another issue, as someone else also lost their games recently following the "Move emuNAND" guide.

I made a backup of the EmuNand as part of the guide. Would restoring it have no effect?

No. They were unlinked.
Oh ok. This might not help then. He ended up solving his problem :
Ok it looks like the emunand and sysnand use different folders (IDs?) inside the Nintendo 3DS folder. After copying the titles folder from one folder to the other the games now show up on my 3DS.
Thanks for your help guys!

I ran into some weird issues when I was delinking them although I did get it to work in the end. I have 3 different folders at this point. One is the huge one with all of the games (32 GB), one is 82 MB and one is 138 MB. Do I merge the contents of the big one into one of the smaller folders?

I didn't think that would help when the guy said he was going to try it, but it did work. Maybe make a backup of how things are now, so you can both try different combinations, and also go back to how it was if someone works out what the issue is.

I found a solution to my problem. Out of the 3 folders, I deleted everything but the largest. From there, I deleted one of its two subfolders (the one that didn't have the majority of the games). It booted just fine after that.
