Hacking Decrypt9 say my console is USA but I bought it in EUR

First, I'm French so I apologize for my low level english.

I have a O3DS which is Format Brick ┬┴┬┴┤( ͡° ͜ʖ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌├┬┴┬┴ don't ask me why I've did that. I don't have nand backup, don't ask me why too. xd..

But when I hold A+B+X+Y+RT (on CTR 2.1.0 USA a error text appear, CTR 2.1.0 EUR black screen) and turn on the power it say in french : An error has occurred. Switch off the console by holding down the power button and then try again

Can I switch to EUR region ? (I can't access to homemenu btw)

Yes by pressing X before boot

Cool. So you do have a9lh and stuff. So take all the a9lh folder off the SD and put it on the PC.

We can reinstall a9lh after this. Make sure you have otp.bin in the folder. If you don't just open up safea9lhinstaller which should grab otp again.

K next I want you to grab the 9.2 ctrnand transfer for EU if your console is EU. Get it from here: https://3ds.guide/region-changing

After getting the CTRNand transfer. Put that in /files9 and flash that. It should put you on stock 9.2. From there run safea9lhinstaller from soundhax and you are golden my friend.

Put the new ctrnand file on the SD card in /files9/. Open up d9wip, go to sysnand options > ctrnand transfer > auto CTRnand transfer.

After you do the ctrnand transfer you should be able to access the homemenu. ^^

I think he has a eu console. Just accidentally installed us titles or a usa ctrnand file.

Reboot. Load soundhax and run safea9lhinstaller. This should reinstall a9lh and you are golden.

Wait what. A9lh lasted through a ctrnand transfer. Weiird man. K try USA. Might have just gotten a U device. Like @Jayro said.
