So I decided to download pokemon moon through free shop with the intent of trying to do a randomizer. I was playing the game fine up until I could save then I followed a tutorial on YouTube on how to randomize. I load up brain dump and things came up forcing me to have to cancel it (obviously a bad idea) and now the game won't even load up stuck on the "Nintendo 3DS" splash screen. Is there any fix for this???

First, don't bump so much.

But to actually contribute, I was told an update of it blocked something out

Plus, @Crystal the Glaceon already gave the links, just watch that thread, instead of creating a new one. Forum search function exists for a reason, many others are wondering too.

Braindump always has issues with eshop/cia installs. It works perfectly fine for carts including pokemon Moon. I would use D9 to dump the digital title (also, try to repair the software from the eshop, might fix your boot loop) or just download/decrypt a cia for it and extract the RomFS yourself.

It was the update omg

It won't start I've tried :(
The game or the eshop? If it's the game go into eshop to the redownload screen for pokemon moon then select "repair software". After that the update should work fine.

If that doesn't work, use CIAngel to download the update data and install it with FBI.

I Had No Issue With Braindump When I Was Modifying Pokemon Omega Ruby To Change It To Pokemon Rutile Ruby Maybe Sun And Moon Aren't Supported?

Plus My Omega Ruby I Got Is From Freeshop And I Had No Issues With That

Edit 1: Actually I Got It As A Cia File And I Had No Issues At All Modifying It

What do you mean? It IS supported right now, head to the Rom Hacking section. You'll find a compiled build someone has uploaded. People have been randomizing SuMo since release day. Oh, and SuMo won't work on Braindump on o3DS unless you're running hax 2.8. If it still says "hax 2.7" when you run braindump you need to update it by holding "X' when you boot homebrew.

Yeah it depends on how they were randomizing. HANS doesn't load updates so it works with or without them, rebuilding a CIA randomized (may) result in an error or boot logo when you try to update it (if you didn't patch the update first) and overwrite the code.bin. SaltySD requires a patched code.bin from the update to work or it won't do anything at all with v1.1

I Get It Now I Think

Try reading past YouTube?
Stop using youtube videos. If the youtube video is telling you to use braindump instead of Decrypt9, then the video is out of date. braindump is slow as hell compared to decrypt9.
I link to the threads to will work with the 1.1 update. They even provide the up to date code.bin. Just read through the threads, they explain everything you need to do.
Honestly stop using youtube videos in general for hacking. They are always quickly made out of date and site is cluttered with millions of out of date videos because everyone tries to capitalize on hacking.
