It's not an error, it's simply that FBI doesn't give me the option to install, treats it as any other file
What other installer I can use? I have Luma3DS

weird. as long as it is a cia file, fbi should at least try to install it, even if it was faulty for some reason or if the sd was corrupted there.
its probably not gonna help, but maybe try renaming the update and dlc files to 1.cia and 2.cia and put those in the root of the sd card?
since the names are so long with so many spaces, it might muck up fbi

its not displaying any other information than that? it should display stuff like title id and version.
so maybe its really damaged. did you get the files from one single download?
it looks a little like someone just took any file (or maybe the .3dsx) and just added .cia at the end.

What happens if you press "A: Select" ?

it should only lead to the delete, rename, copy and paste options.
if fbi doesn't find like header data for titleid, version and region, its not giving the install options.

i just tested this with a random nes rom renamed to .cia and its giving me that same screen with only name, attributes and size displayed.

what you got there is either a corrupted download or a fake. unless shortening the name helped any

That sounds like you are booting FBI from Menuhax at boot, and not launching CFW before-hand. Am I right?

Then try looking for other source, or redownloading the files.
If you don't use the "install over network" tool too much, I would take the chance to update the FBI app to the latest, because I read that there was some bugs in older versions that mess around the actions you can perform when FBI cannot read the attributes properly

Are you booting into The Homebrew Launcher and just starting FBI? You should be booting into the latest Luma CFW (https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases) and then starting FBI after, from the home menu.

Booting it from the menu, now I got this when trying to install...

Failed to install cia
Result Code: 0xD8E0806A
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid Argument (7)
Module: AM (32)
Desc: Cert signature or hash check failed (106)
