Hacking What are legit cias?

i have just put my ds on to luma cfw and i have downloaded pokemon sun and moon to play on it and ive seen threads about "legit" pokemon sun and moon cias what does this mean thanks

Its CIA files legally signed by Nintendo.
They are pre-installed games that come with o3DS/N3DS/2DS bundles.

If you have luma + a9lh, you dont have to worry about legit vs not legit. all cias are safe online, unless you play them before release day.

It is but then again, I've been reading mix results of people being banned by playing CIA games but most of those people were using out-of-region CIAS, so if you are using a CIA for your region, I'll assume you're safe, but you never know.
Don't cheat online.
