Hardware 9.2 or under 2/3ds(xl) EU

I've been looking for a while and literally 90% of the stores in my area are flat sold out

Anybody know which 3/2ds' have firmware 9.2 or less? (EU)

I've heared that Tomodachi Life Red/White 2ds & Mario Kart 7 Blue/Black 2ds have low firmware, but I have also heared that some have been redistributed (or something like that) and may come with higher firmware(?) or that 2015 models are less likely to have low firmwares, so im actually quite lost on what to believe.

I would greatly appreciate any help; thank you for reading!

Right now you can use the latest version to get homebrew,CFWs,... cause a new arm9 exploit came out 2-3 days ago

Yes, every 3DS if you only need PKHeX (arm11 userland), use soundhax (load m4a file that will load HBL)

Sorry, one more question;
Just incase I'm unable to CFW my 2/3ds, would the above two DS' likely have CFW </=9.2 for PKHeX?
(Tomodachi Life Red/White 2ds
Mario Kart 7 Blue/Black 2ds) both copyright 2015 or less

For PKHeX,PKSM,PCHex++,... you just need to backup/restore your save data... HBL is enough (soundhax->ROP->HBL)
