Hi im looking for someone to make or show me how to make(LEARN ME) a CIA downloader that downloads Cia's from my server

Get the cia url (redirection works). Create a qrcode of it. Scan it with FBI. Profit

Im thinking off like if i like search a titleid and then it will download that cia

You could modify CIAngel to do that. It's open-source and able to be tweaked.

I currently dont know C and C+ or C# so im unable to edit it

Well that sucks. Why not just make a QR for FBI and do it that way?
I really don't see anyone having the need for a tool that would allow them to download off their own servers. Not enough people have their own severs for CIAs to warran a need for this project.
