I'm in section 5 of the "Installing arm9loaderhax" part and everything was good.
It tells me to open Health and Safety. But I don't how.

Yes I did with Hourglass9. I just followed the guide step by step. But the next step says to open Health and Safety. But I can't find it. Where is it?

Hidding the base apps in a folder wasn't propably a good idea.
Anyways found it!
