Hardware New 3DS XL real time clock issue

First I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Okay here's my issue for no apparent reason the clock on my 3DS is just well broke I used the config cia to see when it would fix itself and it was supposed to be today but it's not trying to do time and day based events are impossible unless the clock is a day forward that's done with the config cia but I don't want to do that.

So if anyone knows a way to fix this that isn't resetting my 3DS please tell me.

Nothing just changes the time like it's supposed to but that does nothing usually messing around with the clock should give you a 24 hour timer until stuff like time and day based events work.

Okay I just tested using the raw RTC feature in the config cia I set it to 22:20 something and well it's working

Okay so the issue is back and not even changing the time using the config cia fixes it this time I've gone forward by 3 months using it and nothing all of my RTC events are broken.
