I already had a9lh.

The brother is not "mine", it's from the person who said that to me.
Are you even reading the thread? Because everyone is trying to help you and you seem to be brushing them off

Regardless if it's not your "blood-related brother" and if he's just a friend, you could've talked to it, yeah?
Surely you have something to pay him if ever it works, and yours don't, yeah?

ive been purchasing stuff even with a9lh, i dont get why you blame it for being unable to purchase on eshop..and you wasted your time downgrading to 9.2 which you have to update to vanilla 11.2 to be able to access eshop normally..what irritates me is that you ignored people's suggestions/help/advise here..better not post here anymore if you don't actually need our help..dont come back here saying " i could no longer get a9lh back...help..." or "help, lost a9lh how can i downgrade again?..." because it's on you..if you manage to get things working the way it used to be then, congrats..

@Hyoretsu did you tried to call Citibank costumer service to see if it was they that blocked the purchase due to incorrect address, or even because they won't accept international purchases that are charged in Brazilian reais (most plausible scenario)?

There's this magic thing called ctr-httpwn, which lets you access online services in older versions.

Already downgraded for less. Had a9lh. Downgraded to 9.2, uninstalled a9lh and went to 2.1 just to get my OTP, so I'm kinda familiarized with the process. And I can install a9lh on a 10.7 console without checking Plailect's. Made a "novel" of 2 threads about getting my OTP. Just check my profile or ask Quantumcat.

Gonna try tomorrow.

very well.. but a9lh is not the culprit here..make sure all settings like region, country, account info, bank details are correct or your card still has credit left or you got a working internet, etc etc..

edit: im aware of how you could bypass the 9.2/eshop access that's why i said you couldnt access eshop "normally" without updating to vanilla 11.2 but since you got everything covered then you're good..

I just tried to do a system transfer a few minutes ago, following the Plailect Guide, only to find that Nintendo have a now updated their system transfer process to specifically delete certain games on the target system at the end of the process. In my case that was "Legends of Exidia"....displayed on my screen as the game that would be deleted!
I cancelled as this nullifies the process :(

Normal process during transfer,
That's why you move it to the SD card when/before doing transfer by using the PC. After transfering you move it to the system again. The transfer process should tell you that (Or at least transfer guides tell you so.).
Not sure how this was when using wifi transfer, if DSiware was transfered as well.
At least one other user reported it still works. Else you better post some proof via photos/video.

OP is going to have a tough time in life if this is his attitude towards every thing..
I couldn't resist making an analogy:
"Help guys! I need to downgrade my car from a 2016 model to 1990! I tried to buy gas at a pump but my debit-card was refused!"
*later that day*
"Guys, I know you told me not to, but I sold my 2016 car and bought 1990, but my debit-card still won't work! I'm going to start a new thread to see if some one can help me!"

You know I already did this once and I know about the risks of doing so and that I'm already exactly as I was when I first made this thread, right?

Try using an eshop card. Also using the homebrew pokemon bank still keeps them 'legit'.

In Brazil we have PSN and Xbox Live Currency cards, even Netflix gift cards. But no eShop Currency card that is compatible with Brazilian eShop.

Unless someone can guarantee it, I wouldn't risk to use a currency card that isn't even from the same regional market and continent.
Brazil uses America region games, the eShop title codes (to download a specific game or dlc) must be from American region, so I doubt that european currency cards works with Brazilian eShop (it's way different from a "points" card that were used with the Wii Shop).

I thought brazil sytems were EUR region.

Brazil is NTSC region, it's with all their systems.

It could be that the OP imported an EUR 3DS like I did when I was in Europe. Also created a NNID there.
The disadventages are indeed the currency and the eShop language.

Reading the thread's title, I spected something totally different
