Hacking Region Change help

Sorry if this sounds dumb, but bear with me. I wanted to region change my new3ds to EUR, I have luma and a9lh installed on it. My brother wants me to hack his old3ds, on 11.0. I have LoE on my new3ds NNID, and I heard that if you region change it unlinks your NNID, so I did it to login to my NNID on the old3ds. Story time finished. I followed the guide on 3ds.guide...and edited the SecureInfo_C after the ctrtransfer to 9.2, from 11.2. So when it said to reboot, before restoring the tickets with FBI. When I reboot, black screen. I can run all my payloads, and see my custom boot splash, but after that ends nothing. I don't know what to do, but I did save my nand backup so I can restore it. What should I do?

Remove the Home Menu data it says in the A9LH guide.
I exactly had the same problem .
