If there any app of this kind? Saw how TWLoader can keep your notification LED flashing through colors almost like a rainbow.
 
It's super risky messing with the MCU, if I remember correctly from a similar thread.
If I remember correctly from that same thread I saw you saying the same thing, someone said it was fixed in an update.
 
MCU bricks are unfixable. If a single bad bit ever goes into the MCU it will logically lock and the 3DS won't boot. No one uses the rainbow code for anything because something as simple as a game freezing could theoretically lock up the MCU.

There is indeed an app that cycles through the colors just like TWLoader did. Any version 8.1+ is 100% safe of not bricking.
 
I have told countless times, working with the MCU is perfectly safe above 8.1, but it's dangerous below 7.0
So we can incorporate your rainbow code into more NTR plugins with credit? It's in the CTGP-7 NTR plugin.
