OP
Well it's pretty useful if you want to install Arm9LoaderHax.Why would you dump your OTP? Is there anything you can do with it?
No it doesn't. It helps installing A9LH which you already mentioned. A9LH helps you boot programs which can unbrick your console. Also the OTP can be useful for unbricking your console.
I have installed AL9H without it... whad'ya mean...Install A9LH. Also the OTP can be useful for unbricking your console.
No it can be useful if you get a hardbrick. No it doesn't. It helps installing A9LH which you already mentioned. A9LH helps you boot programs which can unbrick your console.
It isn't 100% needed for unbricking with hardmod but it helps. That was why otpless was allowedI have installed AL9H without it... whad'ya mean...
wtf is a bootrom brickNo it can be useful if you get a bootrom brick.
lmao, I don't think you can get a 'bootrom' brick, nor that even exists in the first place.bootrom brick.

Gbatemp, the best way to talk out of your ass......No it can be useful if you get a bootrom brick.

So it's a hardbrick (Sometimes, a 'brick' brick). Call it that.
More commonly known as a gateway brick. (Gateway isn't the only way it happens though)
That's just a regular brick....

I was going to say that wasn't the case, but I remembered, you are correct. The error is given by the bootloader because it can't read the NAND.That's just a regular brick....

I'm just so used to calling it a bootrom brick for some reason. So it's a hardbrick (Sometimes, a 'brick' brick). Call it that.
A hardbrick won't happen from playing games lolhow do those bricks happen? not by just playing your games, right?
And the OTP doesn't unbrick shit xDI'm just so used to calling it a bootrom brick for some reason.
Well that could confuse people, just call it a brick or hardbrick. That's like saying "its blue so it's a bluescreen brick"I'm just so used to calling it a bootrom brick for some reason.
I honestly have no clue whatsoever. It rarely ever happens, but it tend to happen when you update your SysNAND within Gateway mode.how do those bricks happen? not by just playing your games, right?
