How do I switch from EmuNAND to SysNAND? Just backup EmuNAND, restore that backup to SysNAND and delete the previous SysNAND folder from the Nintendo 3DS folder inside my microSD? Obviously, I gotta delete EmuNAND's partition and add its space to the normal partition, will use Gparted to do so.

Are you running A9LH? If yes, it's basically backup EmuNAND, flash to SysNAND and ofc you can remove the then unused SysNAND folder in Nintendo 3DS on SD.

I already have a9lh and believe me when I say that I studied that guide so much to achieve this state that I can get a vanilla 10.7 3DS and go all the way to install a9lh on it without looking at the guide a single second.
Then you would of found the moving your emunand section already which is right here https://3ds.guide/move-emunand

He's not talking about installing a9lh, he's talking about moving emunand to sysnand. https://3ds.guide/move-emunand clearly you haven't read the guide that well if you're asking here.

I just made this thread to be sure that the process I said included all the steps.

Or I entered the 3DS hacking scene straight to a9lh, before that the only thing I did related to this was install homebrew on tubehax to use PKHeX.

If you follow everything in that part of the guide you will be fine.Just make shure you have space on your pc.

Surprisingly, I have. Already filled 525 over my 2 64GB microSDs and my PC with 500GB of storage (425GB on the PC, 45GB on one microSD and 55GB on the other).
Then you should have no problems then.If you previously had a emunand it will be carried over to your sysnand and godmode9 will wipe the remains of your previous emunand after the transfer, giving you your 2gb space back on your sd card.
