Nope, not anymore. Sony fixed the current method of accessing PSN through HENkaku about a month ago, so if you want to access PSN, you'll either have to update to the latest firmware, losing HENkaku in the process, or wait until a new spoofing method is released.

its very unlikely and it would require basically a 3.63 hack of some kind

Yes, this is also the method for activating a vita and the easiest way to get a psp game/demo for Adrenaline base.

Actually Yifan said it's very possible to re-open PSN access but it was a low priority since they were focusing in other things.
