So I am making this thread since I am sick of hearing how a sysytransfer banned a target or how both systems were unaffected. So it is time to end this! So if you did a systransfer from a banned to not banned please answer the following questions to help others.

Format:
Aim of transfer?(dsi downgrade or to transfer content)

Copied the contents of moveable.sed to LocalFriendCodeSeed_B using HxD and injected them back into the banned console
Injected a dummy nnidsave.bin to the banned 3DS

Nothing. But it does have A9LH

What system was banned? (2ds,old3dsxl,old3ds,new3ds,new3dsxl)

(I have also used this method to unban another N3DSXL and a N3DS)

What system was not banned? (2ds,old3dsxl,old3ds,new3ds,new3dsxl)
N3DSXL (Became banned after the first transfer, but allows the movement of other console bans to it)

Final outcome:
The source system is now unbanned. Target system is now banned but able to play online (no eshop access and unable to link/create NNID)

Yes, the target 3DS gets the 022 error, but not the 002. I attributed this to the fact I had edited the LocalFriendCodeSeed_B on the source 3DS prior to the transfer.

-injected blank nnidsave.bin to unlink my NNID from the banned 3DS
-purchased Fieldrunners on eShop without linked NNID (thus, linking it to the consoleID)

Used OoT3Dhax + ctr-httpwn to access SystemTransfer on 11.1.0-34 firmware.

Old3DS (remained banned after the transfer)

Comments:
System Transfer does NOT "generate" a new movable.sed, it only swaps movable.sed between target and source console. So even though unbanned movable.sed can be used to make unbanned Localfriendseed_B, doing that is the same as just copying Localfriendseed_B from unbanned console and injecting it to the banned one - meaning that if one of the consoles using that Localfriendseed_B gets banned, the other console will be banned too. Thought its worth mentioning.

I wish this was a multiple choice poll because I've had 3 out of the 4 happen. The only thing that hasn't is both consoles being banned.

I don't think 002-0102 bans can transfer as LocalFriendCodeSeed_B itself is unchanged by system transfers and seems to be the only factor in that ban. Anyway.

Injected LocalFriendCodeSeed_B from my movable.sed as I had transferred to that console before with systems I no longer own. As far as I can tell, this is irrelevant.
Injected blank NNID save as that is required to do a transfer on an 022-2812 console if it had a NNID attached. (Or formatting, which also leaves you with a blank NNID save, but still.)
Purchased Legends of Exidia for DSiWare transfer.
Nothing else.

No. (You can't do much to an unhacked console after all.)

Final Result
The 022-2812 ban moved to the previously unbanned console, unbanning the old one but banning the new one. After a series of shenanigans and 3 other transfers, the ban eventually was moved to a hopefully non-existent console. See this post for more information about these two consoles.

The ban stayed on the O3DS. The 2DS remained unbanned.

The 022-2812 (NNID ban) is not tied to anything on the NAND. I restored a NAND that was taken when the system was banned to a now unbanned console and it is still unbanned.
The 002-0102 (online play) ban is tied to LocalFriendCodeSeed_B of course, so your ban status for that depends solely on your LFCS_B that is in the NAND.

The 022-2812 (NNID ban) is not tied to anything on the NAND.

022-2812 is a device ID ban. NNIDs have been banned in some cases, but most can still use theirs on their Wii U and login through a browser.

To transfer from banned to another 3DS we have to delete the NNID from the banned, losing all we purchased. Also, our Friend Code will be transfered to the second 3DS.
What will happen if we restore a NAND backup (made before the transfer) in the "now unbanned"/first 3DS?

It defientely seems thet the modification of secure info A is very important.
