I have yet to get to the post-game stuff. I can easily get to the sixth area, but there's this aggravating flight challenge issued by Korin. I cannot get past that one no matter how hard I try. You have to somehow fly through 23 rings, and I can only get through 20 of them due to those stupid magnetic orb things that slow you down AND make you have to fight to fly straight. There's no way to get rid of those orbs, either. I tried performing a Ki Burst, but it did nothing but attract unwanted attention from NPCs flying nearby.

Is it mandatory to complete, or just an optional side-quest? Hopefully it doesn't unlock anything...

Then again, there is probably some trick to the flight challenge that negates the problem of those magnetic orbs. There usually is some little trick to otherwise aggravating tasks in video games.

EDIT: I've finally finished the main story, and am now starting to dig into the MUCH larger post-game content. I also fused Zed with Super Saiyan Pinich, to form a new, MUCH stronger warrior I nickname "Zenich". (It's a pun--it's both a portmanteau of Zed and Pinich, as well as a corrupted form of "Zenith"--as in, there's NOTHING stronger in the entire multiverse!)

Lucky for you that flight challenge is a side quest that rewards you with...EXP. So totally optional. And yes i know how aggravating it is, took me 4 tries to complete it. if there is a way to negate the gravity orbs i didn't find it, i simply powered trough them
I only just started the post game myself, did the quest that fully unlocks Dragonball finding and Shenron summoning, beat Frieza and Cell and am looking for side quests to complete. Fusion wise i'm trying to fuse all my "Android" avatars into cooler looking androids

I swapped my US version of the game for the Japanese version...only to find that there are STILL no Gateway codes for it, despite it being out for three months longer than the US version. The US version codes prove the game is indeed hackable, so why aren't there equivalent (or MORE) codes for the Japanese version?

On a side note: there is a way to port over the QR code and DLC characters to the US version, but not those which were included in the latest update. So, no Goku Black or Super Saiyan Rose Goku Black...but at least we'd get Gorus, DBS Future Trunks, Great Satanman and Taks.

I really want to see if it's possible to fuse my player character with Gorus.

EDIT: Apparently I did two things: kill this thread, and find out that no one can be bothered to make working codes for the Japanese version of Dragon Ball Fusions. I found ONE code on Fort42 that only makes the game freeze prior to a battle. Maybe I'm just using it wrong, but it came with NO instructions on how and when to use it--or even a clear indication as to what the code even does (it's only called "Burst Illimiter", whatever that means).

ANOTHER EDIT: Turns out that "Burst Illimiter" thing is a FAKE code that someone put on Fort42.com for one of two reasons: either they THOUGHT the code worked, or they deliberately put it on the site KNOWING that it only froze the game. And they even had the gall to click it as "working"...

Unfortunately you can NOT fuse your character with Gorus because Gorus is already an EX Fusion. Same for any other EX fusion out there

Crud...anyway, at least by switching back to the US version I didn't lose my place there, and now have SS4 Goku and SS4 Vegeta on my team, who can perform an in-battle fusion, BTW...to become the TRUE "Ultimate Warrior"...SS4 Gogeta--THE strongest character in the game.

SS4 Gogeta's theme song: MC Hammer's "U Can't Touch This". LOL

As for Gorus and the other QR characters, I think it's possible to get them onto the US version. You'd have to somehow port them over from the Japanese version to the US version. That would require having BOTH versions for your 3DS.

Not quite. See what i did was i exported my save from the US version using JK's save manager, then started a save on the Japanese version. I replaced some files and manages to use my US save on the JP version. Then it was just a matter of scanning the QR codes, saving then exporting the JP save, replacing the files on my us save and importing that newly replaced US save and boom, done. Also don't you mean SSB Goku and Vegeta and nos SS4?

Nope. They're Super Saiyan 4: red fur around the torso and arms, red tail, long black hair, red outlines around the eyes.

Found them both in the same S-rank timespace hole. Two-for-one special! ^w^

And BTW, a caveat on using the "huge-damage Zenkai" code: I think it's the one that makes it impossible to teach your allies any new moves. Apparently the game thinks all three of your slots are filled (even though the third slot is empty), so although it looks like you can teach an ally a new move, it won't stick.

Also, I found this little beauty for the Japanese version of the game:

Unlock all Characters
D3000000 30754CAA
C0000000 00000400
00000000 000B0000
DC000000 00000010
D2000000 00000000

It does exactly that, but it has a weird effect on the early game: your first allies won't be on your team, even after they "join" (because they've already joined due to the code). Gonna see how this affects the Ultra Fusion lesson with Ginyu...

EDIT: The Ultra Fusion still works...it just shows "blank spaces" where the other four characters would normally be. Weird how this game handles stuff like this. ;)

And a little caveat about this code: if you DO use it...the characters that get unlocked won't have any moves, but can easily learn them if you spam the Special Move Machine. It also doesn't unlock the clothing that you can get via QR codes on the Japanese version.

Do us all a favour and just don't. Don't even bother checking.

Well too bad. This is for research: I took the liberty and test it out some cheats on Fort42 gateshark website. I've concluded that the all critical hits cheats when turned on crashes on 2nd turn and result in you losing. However, 1 cheat works online though (sofar). The "Enable View of Enemy Pokemon HP v1.0" works online. I can see my opponents exact HP, ability and what items their pokemon is holding.

does anyone have any codes for azure gunvolt 2? i've been googling hard but cant find any codes
To convert to NTR or do you own a GW? *MOST* codes really aren't very hard to find on your own. Very easy when dealing with known values. (have 10 units of money? search a 16 or 32 bit number for 10, get more money and search again for your new amount, rinse and repeat until you have only 1 hit left... and sometimes 2 or 3 hits)

So this unlocks every character in the game but without any skills?

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
