Sorry, forgot to mention to take a FULL NAND BACKUP, from dgTool, don't pick f0f1, pick full NAND. Might take a while, but once you've installed a9lh, you can restore the nand backup.

After an hour of waiting for waithax when i try to run the fbi the 3ds freezes,why does it do that?

Edit: I rebooted homebrew , now FBI shows "failed to initialize services: D8E06406"

tried the method on 3dshacks by changing the boot.3dsx, worked perfectly

new method to use this:
download the latest waithax .3dsx release on my repo here,
run it, and then run whatever you want when it's done running: 3ds_dsiwarehax_installer, etc...
you can download most of these apps from their original authors, no modifications/forks needed.

also, take note that rebooting will "remove" all the privilege escalation done, so don't reboot until you're done, else you will have to run waithax again.

I prefer not including it in FBI, makes maintaining it harder. It's better that way, I think. Plus it's way less convenient, considering the time slowhax/waithax needs to be exploited.

Just saying, but you don't need to use Mrrraou's version, you can perfectly use the latest version of FBI, if you compile it yourself, or simply can get it from here, freshly compiled from upstream (just be sure to use the latest version of waithax !!!)

Another question, if I downloaded and installed out of region legit cias, I have no method to reach them is this correct? I searched for the cia managers and I don't think I'm able to use any of them if I only have waithax? I'm on 11.1.0.34J OFW
If I can't use any of the managers, am I able to delete the out of region cia?

the exploit is stable, the homebrew launcher is broken. update it if you're getting issues.

Just saying, but you don't need to use Mrrraou's version, you can perfectly use the latest version of FBI, if you compile it yourself, or simply can get it from here, freshly compiled from upstream (just be sure to use the latest version of waithax !!!)

the latest built release on fbi's github forces svchax, already tested it, so... yeah. but building from upstream fixes that issue, yup.

i publicly implemented it. the vulnerability was found by nedwill and derrek independently. all credits go to them because finding a vuln is not as easy as implementing it.
