Hacking [HELP] Kernel toggles between 2.51 and 2.52 on 2DS

Today I was starting to install A9LH + Luma CFW on my little brother's 2DS using waithax.

Everything was running fine, and I used TLoZ four swords for the DSidowngrade (the kernel was at 2.50-11 iirc), but when I was downgrading to 9.2, something went wrong and I softbricked the 2DS.

I felt really stupid ('cause I forgot to do a system format), but I used recovery mode and now the console is at fw 11.2.0-35.

I tried to redo the NATIVE_FIRM downgrade, but the stupid kernel just doesn't want to be at 2.50-11 (it just cycles between 2.51 and 2.52 every time I downgrade NATIVE_FIRM with dgTool)

Can somebody help me, please?

Hardware info:
-Model: 2DS
-FW: 11.2.0 (before it was 11.0.0)
-DSi game: TLoZ four swords
-Region: EUR
-Entrypoint: Basehaxx (Pokemon OR v1.0)
-SD card: Toshiba 16 GB (MBR, 32kb partition size, recently bought)

thats what I meant I guess that the update causes this, so then hardmod or system transfer dsiware downgrade

You're on 11.2.0 now. Did you remember to get the 11.2 firm for dgTool after updating?

The only purpose of a system transfer is to get into dgTool. You can already do that.

Using dgTool with "installed FIRM" and "other FIRM" installs "other FIRM".
You have 11.0 installed and goes back to 11.2? Then 11.2 sends you to 11.0? There you have it.
Check your "10.4" file, I bet it's not the 10.4 one.

I tried the nfirm files that Filo97 gave me and the nfirm fils from the holy guide, and it still does the same

Can you describe what you do between two tries?
Do you replace/remove any files on your SD card?
What is the content of your SD card right now?
What is your current FIRM version?

Also, can you check those MD5 with the files you use?
I think you have the right ones but who knows...

What is your current FIRM version?

I do this:
-Start TLoZ four swords (which starts dgTool)
-Perform a backup of f0f1
-Downgrade NFIRM to 10.4
-Exit dgTool and start Pokémon Omega Ruby (v1.0)
-Open the homebrew launcher using Basehaxx as entrypoint
-Start 3DSident

Also I just remembered that I blindly used the 11.0 to 10.4 files when I just updated to 11.2 via recovery mode (then I realized that I was using the wrong files, and I replaced the 11.0/10.4 files with the 11.2/10.4 ones)

Ok, same situation more a less happend to me, you tryed doing the 10.4 downgrade with the wrong files so do a emergency mode update as if it were a brick and try again now that you have the right files the first try, it fixed it for me. Something about doing 10.4 downgrade with the wrong files makes the nfirm act screwy and so it needs to be reset with a force update, itll go real quick to since it must be doing a integrity check on the update files and only seeing the nfirm files being messed up. Thats what I understand so far. Sadly though 9.2 downgrade isn't working for me so im gona have to backup nand, tinyformat, downgrade and restore nand, more steps added *sigh.

i remembered not too long ago where i tried to downgrade my 11.1 2DS via dsiware method that i gave to someone who updated it to lstest version 11.2 while also managed to remove a9lh, luckily Fieldrunners was still installed and the hacked save still intact as we both decided to reinstall everything.. it refused to lower the NFIRM no matter what i do only to find out i forgot to update to the latest dgtool which is just the boot.nds file that is compatible with current 11.2 firmware, after replacing that, i was able to downgrade my NFIRM and proceed to downgrade it to 9.2 etc..
