Gaming sims 3 expansion packs illegal?

hi i am your typical PC gamer and i found this video that offers to get you all the sims 3 but before i download it I want to check the legality of this now i have done this before but uninstalled them all because fear of someone catching me no before i risk downloading it a second time i want to check the legality of this

no why is this video still up and why am I the only one that has asked if this is illegal now before one of you says they must al have the expansion packs ...really what are the odds of this.

In the US, downloading anything that is copyright material for free when it isn't offered for free by the publisher/developer/etc. is illegal. By the way, it's against the rules of this site to link to pirated material, so I recommend removing the video from your post.

here's an easy way to make sure your expansion packs aren't illegal: buy them

Rule of thumb: If you think its illegal it likely is.

Yep, thread locked. If they offer you stuff for free you know you should pay for, it's usually two things:

Piracy or gateway drugs.

Say no to both.
