I have an o3ds XL with A9LH installed and updated to 11.2. Now i want to delete the hacks before selling it but when i load the SafeA9LHinstaller 2.0.3 payload and choose to uninstall, it shows the message "Firm 11.0 or newer has been detected" and won't let me uninstall.
I lost my old 9.2 backup before hack as well.
What should i do? Does CTR Transfer 9.2 then uninstall work? Or is there a shorter way?

Try to use the latest SafeA9LHInstaller version. Worked fine for me, uninstalled it 3 times. And why do you want to uninstall it before selling? It should only evaluate even more your 3DS. If you don't want them to discover, just wipe all hax files from your SD and leave Luma3DS's arm9loaderhax.bin on your CTRNAND.

I'm living in Germany and the rules here are quite strict when it comes to selling hacked consoles. Just to be safe. Maybe the best I can do is to leave it on 9.2.
I will try to download the newest version now. Btw why does Plailect's guide always point to 2.0.3 Installer?

Because the files used to install it are only compatible with 2.0.3. When it still had the OTPless route for N3DS, its version was the latest for N3DS and 2.0.3 for O3DS.

Just dump the NAND then restore it without preserving A9LH with D9. Or does it not work that way?

Assuming a hacked console is worth more than one that's not is dumb, especially when hacking one typically costs no more than a brand new system. I hate how people add these imaginary values to their crap.

Well, at least on my country. Normal 3DSes are R$200~R$300 more expensive than normal ones. N3DS Super Mario 3DS Land Edition: normal's R$900~R$1000. modded's R$1500.

Also, hardmods here cost R$300.

You should just downgrade it to 9.2 so people who buy it could hack it themselves since you have A9LH on it.

Not an assumption, a fact. Hacking takes time. Not everyone cares to learn how to do it.

And the only way to downgrade from 11.2 now is to use 9.2 CTR Transfer right?
Another question, I downloaded the newest Installer ver and now I'm allowed to uninstall. But i don't get "Press SELECT to load 10.4 FIRM from SD". What does this do?

Before you remove A9LH downgrade it so the buyer could hack it themselves and it wouldn't break the law as what you have stated.

No, as you already have a9lh, just restore a 9.2 backup keeping a9lh through Decrypt9WIP.

It would install a9lh on your device.

That wouldn't work, as the NAND dump has a9lh in it so you'd be dumping a9lh over a9lh.

My favorite way to erase A9LH. Decrypt9 + the Original SysNAND dump from the installation process (Most likely on 9.2) this way you can erase the hacks AND leave it on an exploitable firmware so someone else can do the same if they so choose. I would NEVER erase A9LH then fully update before resell. That's just rude Lol
