I have a New3DS, and I put a9lh on it when it first became available... I think almost a year ago at this point.... is there any points to update a9lh? Its been working fine. is there a change list somewhere? Has anything critical been addressed since a9lh first came out?

There's no need to update unless you want to use SD-less Luma (you can put arm9loaderhax.bin on your CTR-NAND and launch from there when it can't find it on your SD card).
