Hacking Error code 009-7106?

Try freeshop and download the update. It will probably fail but if it does then there is a ticket signing error. I might say something like 'wrong ticket'.

It just installed fine through freeshop, I have no idea. Lmao

Fixed it!!! After downloading the update through freeshop, I went to system settings, data, nintendo3ds, and it showed the update installed through freeshop so I deleted that and reupdated at the home menu and it finished.

Could your copy be a different region than your 3ds? Anyways doesn't matter anymore I guess.

Yep, that works, but is not only smash update, in my case every previous purchased game does that, and download it from Freeshop, and later delete it to download it from eShop, is the only solution I can find.
The problem is if my 4Swords is gonna get transfered or counts as a pirated game from Freeshop when I try DSiWare transfer.
