Hacking Error code 009-7106?

Trying to update smash bros cartridge, but when it's about to finish I get this error.. I can download cia update but I'm going to be using it online so.. any help? Updating smash on other consoles work. Just not this one

I dont know what cause this, but it doesnt let me download anything from the eshop.
I believe is something ticket related thing, I download my stuff from freeshop, and after that i cant download anythin from the eshop anymore, get stuck at 99%

I just download something with freeshop, and then on FBI delete it and also delete the ticket, then I can download the samething from the eshop. I dont know if this is a real solution, but it let me download Zelda Four Swords from my NNID account.

@OP, those are separate issues. D9 requires you to have some of the en/de-cryption keys on the SD card, you don't have the required key.

For the first error, try loading a large web page (~5-10 MB) in the web browser, then quickly switch to the eShop.

So put slot0x25keyX.bin on your SD card's root, and try again. That's literally all you need to do, and it will properly dump the cart.

Really, where do I get that? I didnt have to have that .bin on my source 3ds. I am using hourglass9 to dump not the decrypt9

Would I have to wait till it's fully loaded then go to eShop and download the update? Is august.com.au a large enough web page?

No, load and immediately exit the page, it'll keep downloading in the background. The purpose is so that it doesn't disconnect from the internet between closing the web browser and opening the eShop. Some routers require you to load an http page each time you connect.

Smash bros update is big and I guess the page doesn't load long enough for the update to finish.. I need a bigger web page

Are you on Luma? Try manually updating Luma from the Github releases. I was having simular problems before too caused by star updater.

No for the ticket errors when updating via eShop.

No you don't. Loading the web page just keeps it connected to WiFi when you start the update. Once you start, it'll stay connected on it's own.

Just tried it and no luck, just got error code 007-2913 at 99%

What have you done system wise before the error. Did you change any system files, we're you banned, did you downgrade recently?

Never been banned, downgraded last week when Plailtect added the OTP 2.1 downgrade back. Two systems get this msg for smash bros which went through OTP 2.1 downgrade and one downgraded without OTP part is fine, but my main source downgraded to 2.1 and does not get any errors. And only dumped friendsave.bin and injected for a new friend code. The two N3DS that get the error also have a NNID on them, not sure if that affects anything

I saw in another post that he had to delete the ticket of the dlc to fix it but I haven't downloaded any dlc..

Try freeshop and download the update. It will probably fail but if it does then there is a ticket signing error. I might say something like 'wrong ticket'.
