Hacking Gateway 3ds Save Recovery

Accidentally, I trimmed my Pokémon Omega Ruby (card2) ROM, which had a 100+ hour save. Doing so, I lost accessibility to my save, when I untrimmed it and tried to load my save, I was prompted to start a new one. I still have all the bin files I had before. Is there a way for me to recover my lost save?

Do you have ROM backups? the save is embedded in the ROM. if the trim wiped it, an untrim wont magically restore it.

is there a way to extract the save from pokemon rom and somehow convert it into cia save? without gateway

ask someone who does have a gateway really nicely to extract it for you

all i need is poke omega .3ds version on my gateway and do the jksm trick right?

well he can dump his save using this tool
