Hacking Decrypt 9 problem

Bello guys, I have a problemi with decrypt9, latest version. I have an old 3ds with fw 4.1.0-0E and with MSet and a chinese r4 I can launch decrypt 9 successfully. The problem Is that I can't do anything inside, Commander not responding at all. When I presa d-pad down It's like I presa A button.... How can I solve this?
(Another 3ds with 9.2.0-20E, it restarts if i Press any button on decrypt, but can launch luma, menù configurazion doesn't work, not responding to any Command)

I'm following that guide... Aaaaand decrypt9 is not working as I've described...
