i downloaded the version from the freeshop 3 days ago,and when i turned on my 3DS 1 hour ago i got the message the game is unlocked.

it isn't on freeshop yet. the cache needs updating. the title key and seed are up. i got the program from that title key site and downloaded the seed directly from nintendo. works perfectly!

you can go online as long as it was released in your region

Mario Maker is officially in the USA eshop. So I assume it's safe to play and use online features now.

Recommended courses, they give new courses like every 10-15 mins, its actually kinda good.

Yea.. but not quite as good as the wii u version. You can share your courses just with streetpass. Well in here you almost never receive any courses with streetpass.

step 2. install it
step 3. download seed from nintendo servers (i don't know if i can post the link)
stpe 4. import seed with fbi
step 5. play on!
