ROM Hack Some questions about the Encrypted Title Key.

I can see some titles without Encrypted Title Key on Titlekey web page.
But why?
Who is adding the Encrypted Title Key?
Is there anyway to get the Encrypted Title Key and QR code to download games with FBI?

That is considered a piracy site so you should edit that.

The site owner checks the dectitlekeys and encrypts them and uploads them manually. You can do the same with decrypt9.

1 put dectitlekeys.bin in /files9
2 choose Ticket/Titlekey Options --> Titlekey Encrypt.

You now have enough info to generate that QR or make a manual .txt input pair into CIAangel.
