Hacking Change region using Godmode

At the end of Plailect's A9LH guide, i saw the option to change 3ds region using Godmode payload. I'm living in EU and got my hand on a 3ds from the US, which I want to change to EU. My questions are:

1.Can I play EU game cartridge?
2.Can I access and download game in eshop?
3.Can I system transfer to another EU 3DS?

Ofc I know that CFW or even homebrew have region spoof but just ask anyway in case I don't want to use them

eShop won't work but you can use freeShop instead.

unless something has changed i think the answer to 2 is no which would make 3 pointless so just sick with a region free cfw

You can't system transfer using a region-changed 3DS or access the eShop. @Imacaredformy2ds is wrong.

Got it. Thank you guys for the answers. The reason is I might have to sell it eventually in the future and want to clear all hacks before that. But selling an out-of-region console would give me a shitty price, just like how i got my hand on it. Like, a 3 months old New xl for 120 eur lol

If you remove the hacks while the console is out of region it will fail to boot and you will brick. Region change only works as long as you have CFW, otherwise you will need to revert it back to its original NAND dump.
