I saw an option somewhere, not sure where it was. To make CIA of installed games on system.

Decrypt9 can do this. You just need to know the Title ID of the game.
Can't seem to find one that works with Arm9. Do you know where I could get one that works with Arm9 Luma 6.6? I've searched everywhere.

Decrypt9 can do it as stated already.

1) Content Decryptor Options
2) SD File Options
3) Content to CIA (SysNAND/EmuNAND dir)
4) /title/00040000/XXXXXXXX (X = the title ID of the installed CIA you want to turn into a CIA install-able)

I've tried running Decrypt9 before but it would fail to boot :|

Do you have A9LH?
Do you have the payload in your /root/luma/payloads/ folder?
Did you assign it a key button so that you can launch it upon booting your 3DS?

I just realized that lmao, I didn't think about it in the first place, facepalm. I was trying other ways. Thanks

Ensure you have the latest release of Decrypt9. "Content to CIA" should be towards the bottom.

It's CIA Builder -> either CIA Builder (SysNAND/orig.) or CIA Builder (SysNAND/decr.)

d0k3 moved that option around and it's no longer there.
