I have tried to install A9LH, but it failed, and now I'm stuck on Ver 2.10-4U, help? I'd like to know what I could do with my 3DS, since I want to do a DSiWare downgrade.

You could get an exploit game to get A9LH. You need A9LH to be able to do a DSiware downgrade

So, you've downgraded from 11.x using DSiWareHax and then to 9.2, and from there you did a CTRNAND Transfer? What's the issue exactly? What error message did SafeA9LHInstaller give you?

So, you've downgraded from 11.x using DSiWareHax and then to 9.2, and from there you did a CTRNAND Transfer? What's the issue exactly? What error message did SafeA9LHInstaller give you?

I was attempting to install A9LH to do a DSiWareHax transfer, I was on 6.0 (Forgot the more specific version) and I used Decrypt9, and I set up my SD, I used the guide, and it said the stage 1 was missing. After that, it wouldn´t boot any hax, now I´m on version 2.
