Hacking [QUESTION] Dump Pre-Download game?

days ago i saw that some people dumped the Pre-Download version of Pokémon Moon and Sun, so anyone that installed the CIA got that "X days remaining" message...

my question is that.. how they can dump Pre-Download games and what do i need to dump that?

need this because someone will dump a coming game that have pre-download on eShop :|

Once a game gets cached on eshop its up for grabs on freeshop. That's prolly how they got it

And the game just needs a dummy seed if I'm not mistaken to get rid of that message
